Cool and the gang

I'm so glad I bought this polish after reading that the multi dimension polishes (Essence) are going to disappear!
Cool and the gang is a gorgeous super shiny jelly blue polish you have to get if you love blue. You know I'm definetly not a big fan of these brushes, but I must admit that this time application went smoothly, maybe because of the great formula of this polish.
I used two coats for opacity, and, as you can see, no vnl! A must have :) (And no top coat in these pictures!)

Fall mood

I'm already in a fall mood, and lately I'm wearing all fall-colours on my nails. This one is no exception: "Forget now" (Essence).
I already swatched this but I don't like how it turned out (it was one of my first posts!) so here it is again, more colour accurate and with better pics :)
I really like this kind of taupe colour, too bad this is the only one of my collection :/ I used two coats plus top coat; about this polish I really love the fact that it is so glossy on it's own (I added the tc just to make it last longer) and the formula is really good, so thumbs up again for Essence :D
Btw, I can't wait for my package to arrive, I want to try those colours soooo bad!

Neon by accident

A weird thing happened:
I wanted to swatch "Forget now" (Sinful Colors) again, because the only swatch I have of this gorgeous polish is quite old and not pretty at all. But when I took the pictures of it my camera completely changed the colour and made it look like a neon pink :/ Aha, nice joke.
I also tried to take indoor pictures, but the result was the same!
So, I think that my camera hates my poor little polish and I gave it up...
I want to show you the pictures anyway, just to give you an idea of what happened. But please don't picture this polish like this in your mind, it's way more dark and magenta looking!
Here the disaster pictures (these make me want a glass-flecked neon pink polish btw!):

I did it!

First of all, thank you sooo much for all your advices about yesterdays post! You were very helpful <3
In the end I decided to place my order by Nailsupplies.us, and I ordered five polishes from the Metro collection (China Glaze) plus an Orly polish...can you guess the ones I chose? :P
Anyway, as soon as I will receive my package I will write a post about this whole experience, so that other girls like me (who want to try oversea shopping for the first time) will have an idea of how it works exactly, because I know it can be pretty difficult if you don't know how to do it.
So, stay tuned if you're interested!

Next, I'm going to show you another mani I did a couple of days ago: a layering of a black polish + this one.
It's a pretty simple combo, but I liked the result, so here it is!

"Choose me!" + I need your help!

The blue polish chipped on some fingers after a few days so I had to take it off :'( But I will definetly wear it again very soon, because I fell in love with it!
Anyway, today I want to show you how "Choose me!" looks on it's own. I used this beautiful polish so many times as a layering polish, but this time I decided that it was time to try it alone. And I don't regret my choice!
It's really really pretty, and there's also a hint of duochrome if you look closely. So...glitter bomb plus duochrome? Oh yeah, that works for me!

And there's another thing:
I need your advice (in particular from my european readers). I'm thinking about buying some of the polishes from the Metro Collection (China Glaze) but I'm still not sure where to get them. I guess the best choice would be nailsupplies.us, but I'm afraid they could make me pay addictional taxes when the package arrives at the border, and I think that it's expensive enough even without these.
Please, anyone who has already tried to buy polishes from the US could tell me how it works exactly?

Blue my mind

Yes, I'm still alive, don't worry! And now I'm back again :)
I finally got rechargeable batteries for my baby (I'm talking about my camera XD), so now I can take good pictures of all my manis (for my last post I had to use my old camera again)!
Things have been a bit hectic lately, so I didn't find the time to post, sorry :(
Work is driving me mad right now, and I made it to catch sore throat in August (bad bad air conditioner!) =.=
Well, luckily I still find the time to do my nails :D

And for today I've got another blue polish to show you. It's a lovely blue shimmer from Sky Kisses, and I'm pretty in love with it <3
These polishes don't have names, but numbers (yes, I hate it too), and this one is number 38.
The strange fact about this polish is that it's very sheer, and I needed three coats...I didn't expect this, because usually dark colours don't need so many coats :/
Anyway, I liked it anyway, and I don't care how many coats I need for opacity :
Hope you like it too!

Hey!

Hello! I know, I know, I've disappeared for a while, I'm a bad bad blogger ç__ç
But don't worry, it's not because I don't want to post anymore or because I don't have time anymore...the reason is more simple than that: I'm at the sea again! And obviously here the Internet doesn't work.
Actually I don't know why it does work right now, but I thought that I had to take advantage of this moment and post something. So here I am :)
I must admit, in these two weeks I think I changed nail polish two or three times (*whaaaaaat?*) so there isn't much to say. But the only thing I wanted to share with you is my first Claire's polish, which bought my best friend for me in France <3
I love it, soooo many blue glitters!! I used three coats, but the result was super sparkly and gorgeous :)
So, here the pics...see you back in town!
